What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and operations within a Critical Environment.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians, maintaining operational excellence on a continental shift pattern.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and performance standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Critical Environment (e.g. Data Centres, Banks, Power Plants).
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a dynamic team.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
