- A role that offers real variety, not repetitive maintenance

- Consistent investment in the site and engineering standards

- The chance to work in a lively, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same

- Experience working within commercial, retail, or large public buildings

- Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems

- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a similar high-footfall site
