Mental Health Assistant
Location: Chieveley
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Scale: £89.00- £100.00/ day
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Assistant, looking for a new school to support in?
Do you come from a background in working with SEN or children with mental health needs?
A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School are looking for a new Mental Health Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH needs, Including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties and complex needs.
This Mental Health Assistant role will involve:
* Supporting on an individual basis with SEN and SEMH pupils
* Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
* ASAP Start
* Desirable location with excellent public transport links
* Collaborating with other Mental Health Assistants and Teachers
