A specialist school in Earley is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Assistant to join their team immediately. This Mental Health Assistant role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them access education in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support as a Mental Health Assistant
* Support pupils with anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural challenges
