Are you a qualified MFL Teacher or MFL Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Reading?
Academics Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Reading to appoint a passionate and committed MFL Teacher to join their team from September. This role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking their first teaching position.
We are looking for a fully qualified teacher (QTS required) who is enthusiastic about MFL, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.
The successful MFL Teacher will:
* Be passionate about their subject and deliver high-quality teaching with excellent classroom management
* Plan and deliver engaging, interactive MFL lessons for students of all abilities
* Show an interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
* Demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
* Bring energy, vision, and commitment to all aspects of school life
* Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to students' lives and future opportunities
Requirements:
* A degree in MFL or a related subject
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE and/or QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the English MFL curriculum
* Experience using online teaching platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
