Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
We are recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company outside of Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled welder looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out MIG welding in both production and bench welding environments
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Produce high-quality work in line with company and customer standards
* Conduct quality checks on completed work
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Support other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years' MIG production welding experience
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
