Precision and consistency are what this MIG Welder role is really about.
You'll bring your core MIG welding skills into a structured, multi-bay facility where accuracy is genuinely valued.

* The opportunity to broaden your capabilities within a structured facility environment
* A 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), with overtime available on Fridays
* Consistent, methodical work that rewards precision and attention to detail
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
* Performing MIG welding as your core discipline across a range of structural assemblies
* Carrying out TIG welding work as required
* Developing gas brazing techniques over time, including work on centre tube structures
* Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
* Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules
As a MIG Welder, your experience will include:
* Proven MIG welding capability as your primary skill, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
* Some exposure to TIG welding is beneficial but not essential
* Experience working with mild steel materials
* A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
* A genuine willingness to develop additional skills, including TIG and gas brazing
