Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Location: York
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
* Work on and provide support to projects from RIBA stages 4 and onwards
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience would be advantageous
* Proficient with Revit
* Experience working across a range of sectors
* Experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the York area
