Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Location: Bury
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and Newly Qualified Architect to join their expanding team in Bury.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
* Help deliver on a range of commercial, education, and residential projects
* Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
* Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as Architect would be beneficial
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
* Strong design and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
