Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
* Produce architectural drawings for existing plans and elevations
* Carry out structural drawings and detailing
* Present designs, attend client meetings, and advise clients directly
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
* Experience working on projects within the residential projects
* Excellent drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Live within a commutable distance to the Dartford area
