Your Role:
You'll support the class teacher in the daily running of the classroom with a focus on small group learning and key child observations. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills, contribute new ideas, and make a difference in the early stages of a child's education.
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds an NVQ Level 3 or a BA in Early Years
* Has GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C / 9-4)*
* Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Is confident, approachable, and enthusiastic
* Has experience with child observations and assessments
* Can hit the ground running and bring creativity to the role
