* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or have previous experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development

* Be enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering high-quality early years education

* Have strong classroom management skills and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
