We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a well-established, growing professional services organisation with multiple offices across the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of several busy offices. From supporting people and processes to handling operational challenges and administrative projects, you'll be a trusted member of the wider management team. The Role Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide operational support across multiple office locations, helping to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively. This is a broad role that would suit someone who enjoys spinning multiple plates, building strong relationships and finding solutions. You'll be involved in everything from facilities and office management through to HR administration, staff support, internal projects and general business operations.
