As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and qualifying customer enquiries via phone and email
- Accurately processing orders, including delivery details and schedules
- Supporting customer sales conversations and promoting services where appropriate
- Assisting with transport planning and coordinating deliveries with drivers
- Completing daily invoicing and providing general administrative support
As an Operations Administrator, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office based role
- Confidence dealing with customers in a small company setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment
- Experience using accounting or invoicing systems, ideally Xero
