As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading warehouse and production teams to deliver efficient, accurate and timely pick‑pack operations

Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including planning, resourcing and shift management

Managing peak periods with headcount of up to 500 staff, ensuring performance, quality and safety targets are met

Monitoring and improving KPIs across throughput, productivity, accuracy and operational cost

Driving continuous improvement, problem solving and embedding best practice in a changing environment

Working closely with the founder and senior leadership to support strategic priorities and customer commitments

As an Operations Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience as a Operations Manager (or similar) within high‑volume warehouse , production or fulfilment operations

Leading large teams and managing significant seasonal headcount

Successfully operating in a founder‑led or owner‑managed environment, with comfort around pace and direct feedback

Demonstrable track record of improving KPIs, processes and operational performance

Confidence working in an ever‑changing environment, with the resilience to handle pressure, challenge and rapid change

Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to set clear expectations, make decisions and hold others accountable
