Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounts preparation services.

Lead, mentor, and supervise junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure the highest standards of accuracy.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on management accounts and financial reporting.

Collaborate directly with Partners and Directors to drive departmental growth and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and review complex consolidation workings to support group accounts.

As a Business Support Assistant Manager you will:

Review management accounts and reports to ensure compliance with UK and International accounting standards.

Utilise Xero and CaseWare to streamline outsourcing processes and improve client reporting efficiency.

Identify business development opportunities within your portfolio to support the firm+rsquo;s growth.

Provide guidance on complex Tax and VAT matters to both clients and internal teams.

Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.
