As PA , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for a busy executive at the helm of a growing, purpose-led business. From expertly managing a complex schedule to coordinating projects and communications, this role offers both autonomy and visibility in a values-driven business with a strong local presence.

As PA, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the CEO's complex diary and travel arrangements with efficiency and flexibility

* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

* Preparing meeting materials, agendas, presentations and taking minutes

* Coordinating projects and tracking deadlines across multiple departments

* Handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism

* Supporting with general administration including expenses, filing, and communications

As PA, your skills and experience will include:

* Proven experience in a PA role supporting a Director or CEO , ideally in a professional services environment

* Outstanding organisational and communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities

* Absolute discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters
