We are currently recruiting for a Packer to join a well-established injection moulding business based in Corby. Specialising in the manufacture of kitchen components, this company offers excellent training, flexibility, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temp-to-perm period.
Location: Corby
Shift: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts available between 14:00 - 02:00 (e.g., 6, 8, or 12 hour shifts - all hours paid)
Pay: £13.21/hr (with pay increases within the first 6 months)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Duties:
* Packaging items directly from the production line
* Boxing and labelling finished products
* Moving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securely
* Completing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
* Counting and recording products accurately
* Following order notes and instructions
* Supporting the wider production team when required
The ideal candidate must:
* Have previous experience in packing or production
* Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Have strong attention to detail and reliability
* Be willing to learn and undergo training for further development
