Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards

Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement

Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance

As a Packing Operations Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations

Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency

Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels

Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
