Packing Operative
Location: Sittingbourne
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Packing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Sittingbourne
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, checked, and packed accurately to meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and packing products to specific company requirements
* Checking incoming deliveries and verifying stock quantities
* Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies
* Picking and organising components ready for packing and dispatch
* Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to remain focused whilst carrying out repetitive tasks
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience would be advantageous, although not essential
This is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
