I'm working with a progressive and design-led architectural practice based in St Albans, currently seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team. The role:
* Assisting senior team members across all RIBA stages, from concept through to delivery
* Preparing high-quality design and technical drawings
* Engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors in a collaborative team setting
* Supporting project management to help ensure deadlines and budgets are met
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive studio culture, including mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements:
* Post-Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice
* Strong design, presentation, and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of current UK Building Regulations
* Proficiency in Revit (essential)
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
* Full, clean UK driving licence
