Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Maidstone. Kent
Salary: £26-30,000 DOE

A leading planning and development consultancy is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its dynamic drawing team in the Kent studio. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for delivering high-quality drawings and design packages across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Candidates with UK-based industry experience, including Architectural Assistants or Architectural Technologists, will be considered.

Daily Duties
* Produce detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models to support planning and design applications
* Assist with design development across all project stages
* Coordinate with clients and other consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and Council meetings as required
* Contribute to project briefs and help develop innovative design solutions
* Support the team in preparing high-quality planning application packs
Ideal Candidate
* Part 2 Architectural Assistant qualification
* Substantial UK-based industry experience; Part 1's and Architectural Technologists with relevant experience are also welcome to apply
* Strong design and technical skills, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Enthusiasm for architecture and commitment to high-quality output
