Job Title: Part 3/ Newly Qualified Architect

Location: Watford

Salary: £34-37,000 DOE

Relevant Industrial or Pharmaceutical experience would be required to be considered.

Daily Duties

* Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through technical delivery

* Produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation using Revit and other design tools

* Work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams within a multidisciplinary setting

* Coordinate with external consultants and contribute to planning and technical submissions

* Support contract administration and respond to site-based design queries

* Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and internal quality processes

Ideal Candidate

* Part III qualified or newly qualified architect with UK project experience

* Strong design ability supported by solid technical knowledge

* Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction detailing

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach

* Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
