Responsibilities

Manage a varied portfolio of clients across the professional services and investment fund management sectors, including law firms, architects, and private equity management structures.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the team responds promptly to and anticipates their evolving tax needs.

Deliver complex tax compliance and advisory services, covering both UK-based and international tax matters.

Take responsibility for the financial management of your portfolio, including billing and risk management processes.

Contribute to the firm+rsquo;s growth by identifying opportunities to provide additional value-added services to entrepreneurial organisations.

Assist senior management and partners in dealing with technical queries relating to LLPs and their partners.

As a Partnership Tax Assistant Manager you will:

Requirements

Fully qualified ACA or CTA (or equivalent).

Relevant experience within a mixed tax, corporate, or partnership tax environment.

Previous experience or a strong interest in dealing with professional partnerships or private equity funds.

Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop technically.
