Academics are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a network of secondary schools in the Northwich area.
You don't need prior school experience - just confidence, resilience, and the ability to engage young people! If you've worked with teenagers in coaching, care, tutoring, support work, youth work, customer service or similar, this role could suit you perfectly.
The Role:
* Deliver pre-set lessons to KS3 and KS4 classess when teachers are absent
* Keep students on task and manage behaviour positively
* Support learning across a range of subjects (no planning required)
* Work that fits around your schedule (part-time or casual days)

* Confident communicators
* People who can build rapport with young people
