Academics, a leading education recruitment agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, are working in partnership with a range of secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, and the surrounding areas.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, confident, and reliable individuals to work as Part-Time Cover Supervisors on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis from September.
Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Role Information:
* Supervise students across KS3 and KS4 classes
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
* Keep pupils engaged and behaviour on track
* Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding policies
* Complete a simple handover at the end of the lessons
Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:
* A confident and professional classroom presence
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
* Minimum of 2 months' experience working with young people (e.g., schools, coaching, tutoring etc)
* Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
