The Role: As Payroll Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing a busy, multi-site payroll. You’ll support the smooth running of payroll operations, help improve processes, and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly payroll dataAdminister multiple payrolls with minimal supervisionHandle queries from managers and team membersProcess starters, leavers, and contractual changesManage statutory payments (e.g., sick pay, maternity)Perform post-payroll checks and payment runsContribute to ongoing system improvements and reportingMaintain accurate payroll records and documentationRequirements: Experience with end-to-end payroll processesStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, etc.)Familiarity with payroll and HR systemsBrightPay experience is beneficial but not essentialExcellent attention to detail and organisationStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of current payroll legislationWhy Apply?
