About the Role:
* As our PE and Outdoor Education Instructor / Teacher of PE, you will:
* Deliver accessible and inclusive PE lessons and outdoor learning experiences to pupils aged 7-16
* Support pupils in achieving progress relative to their individual starting points, both physically and socially
* Plan safe, creative sessions that promote teamwork, self-confidence, physical literacy, and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with classroom staff and therapists to integrate physical learning with wider personal development goals
* Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting activities to suit diverse needs and abilities
PE and Outdoor Education Instructor / Teacher of PE

Salary (Instructor): £31,586 - £34,314 FTE (Pay award pending)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only + 5 INSET days
Salary: In line with the National Teachers' Pay Scales

What We're Looking For:
* A relevant degree or teaching qualification (QTS is required for the Teacher of PE route)
* Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN, PRU, or inclusive setting
* A solid understanding of inclusive PE practice, behaviour management, and trauma-informed support
* A flexible, proactive approach with a genuine passion for physical activity and holistic development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
* Ability to commute to Kempston
