Are you an inspiring and dynamic PE teacher with a passion for health, wellbeing and empowering young people? Do you want to work in a school where your ideas are welcomed, your development is prioritised, and your impact will be deeply felt by the students you teach?
We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic PE Teacher with the ability to teach Girls' PE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to join our thriving Sports and Health Faculty, with the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive and high-performing team.
About the Role
* Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that ignite a passion for PE in female KS3 and KS4 students
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a respectful, energetic atmosphere
* Contribute to the development and delivery of the PE curriculum and extracurricular sport
The Sports and Health Faculty delivers a broad and exciting curriculum including core PE, Sports Science, Health & Social Care and PSHE. They also offer a wide range of co-curricular clubs and maintain strong links with inter-school sport across Bristol.
What We're Looking For
* A passionate teacher with a strong understanding of personal health and practical sports education.
* Committed to student engagement, wellbeing, and high achievement in every lesson.
* Enthusiastic about extra-curricular activities and eager to contribute to the wider school community.
* Excited by the opportunity to work in a diverse, vibrant school community.
* Experience in delivering PSHE and/or vocational qualifications (e.g. BTEC, CNATs) at KS4 would be an advantage.
