PE Teacher - Doncaster

Position: PE Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (dependent on experience, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As a PE Teacher in Doncaster, you will deliver engaging and energetic lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for Key Stage 5 teaching in some schools.
You will encourage students to develop physical confidence, teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness. This role offers the opportunity to teach across a variety of school environments, making it ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to expand their skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and adapt activities to suit varying abilities and needs
* Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively
* Encourage participation, confidence, and sportsmanship
* Maintain excellent classroom and practical behaviour management
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school staff
* Uphold safeguarding policies and promote pupil wellbeing at all times
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related subject
* Experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
