People Support Apprentice - HR
Epsom
£20,000 + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Apprenticeship: Level 3 HR Support (18 months)
Cast UK are excited to partner with a leading distribution business to recruit a People Support Apprentice to join their busy HR team in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, study towards a Level 3 apprenticeship, and kickstart a career in people management.
The Role
You will support the HR team in all aspects of people management and administration, providing assistance to business leaders and employees. This includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and HR processes such as appraisals, performance, conduct, and attendance. You will also assist with reception and office support, and work on ad hoc HR and project requests.
About You
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4-9) required; A-levels or BTEC desirable.
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Confident using IT and willing to learn new systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
* A genuine interest in supporting people and developing a career in HR.
