The Opportunity

As a Planner, you will work closely with clients on a variety of planning projects, providing professional advice and support to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Advise clients on planning applications and development proposals.

* Prepare and submit planning documentation, reports, and applications.

* Undertake research and site appraisals to support development proposals.

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Contribute to the growth and reputation of the consultancy.

About You

* Relevant planning qualification (Town Planning or related discipline).

* Strong understanding of the UK planning system and local planning policies.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team.

* Positive, proactive, and client-focused approach.
