Plumber – Lewisham - £45,000
Location: Lewisham
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
PRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber to join a team maintaining a large commercial site in Lewisham. This role involves both planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing work, alongside general site maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance efficiently
- Carry out basin and tap replacements, and other general plumbing works
- Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting tests, and hot & cold water system maintenance
- Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS systems, and risers
- Handle minor fabric works such as repairing doors and locks
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
- Previous commercial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
- Ability to participate in an on-call rota
- Strong customer service skills in a corporate client-facing environment
