🔧 Maintenance Plumber Wanted – Tooting🔧 We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Tooting on a full-time, ongoing basis.
💼 Role Details:
- Location: Tooting
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- Pay Rate: £190 per day
✅ Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance
- L8 Water Treatment experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of water hygiene and compliance
- Ability to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- City & Guilds in Plumbing Level 2
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Monitor and manage water systems in line with L8 regulations
- Temperature checks, flushing, and remedial works
- General fault finding and repair work
