The Role - Water Hygiene Plumber / Commercial Plumber

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficient functioning of plumbing systems for a variety of commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carrying out scheduled checks and upkeep of commercial plumbing systems.

* Reactive Maintenance: Promptly addressing plumbing repairs and troubleshooting issues to minimize disruption.

* Installation & Repair: Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures, pipework, water heaters, and drainage systems.

* Compliance Checks: Undertaking routine inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Documentation & Collaboration: Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with clients and team members.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring the following skills and experience:

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

* Commercial Plumbing Expertise: Proven experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, and commercial plumbing systems.

* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pipework, water heaters, drainage systems, and other plumbing infrastructure.

* Driving License: Full UK driving license is essential.

* A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining compliance standards.

A Typical Day on the Job

* Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems perform at their best.

* Responding to client requests quickly and effectively, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.

* Installing or upgrading plumbing features and systems across various commercial environments.

* Working within regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and safety at all times.

* Collaborating with a skilled and approachable team to consistently exceed client expectations.
