This is a permanent, full-time role for a Prescribing Pharmacist (IP).
Person specification:
* (Essential) MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
* (Essential) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
* (Highly desirable) Independent Prescribing qualification
