Academics is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, welcoming two-form entry primary school in Hammermsith and Fulham. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the school's provision.

Deliver 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a range of needs.
*
Reinforce learning and help pupils achieve their individual targets.
*
Assist with personal care where necessary (e.g., feeding, toileting, mobility).
