As this primary schools HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities across the KS2 (Year 3 to year 6). You will take a leading role in supporting pupils' learning, providing targeted interventions, and occasionally covering classes in the absence of a teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 (KS2).

* Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff

* Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils

* Cover lessons as required, ensuring continuity of learning

* Contribute to assessment, tracking, and pupil progress monitoring

The Ideal HLTA:

* HLTA status or equivalent qualification ideally

* Previous experience in a primary school setting

* Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills

* Ability to inspire and engage young learners

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A calm, patient and flexible approach

* Experience working in UK schools
