A welcoming Primary School in Hatfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teacher to join their team within a newly established SEN Hub.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-resourced and supportive environment, teaching a small class of five pupils, primarily with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), alongside a small number of pupils with additional needs.

The Role

* Teaching a small SEN class of 5 pupils

* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs

* Working closely with two additional specialist support staff

* Creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment

* Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

The Ideal Candidate Will

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Have experience working with SEN, particularly ASD (desirable but not essential)

* Be patient, nurturing and committed to inclusive education

* Work effectively as part of a supportive team

* Be able to support and uphold the school's values and ethos
