* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of SEN pupils

* Support children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties

* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff

* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
