Key Responsibilities - Primary SEN Teacher , Milton Keynes
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of SEN pupils
* Support children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
The Ideal Candidate - Primary SEN Teacher, Milton Keynes
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs within a primary school setting
* Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them succeed
