We are currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Tower Hamlets that is seeking a committed Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a strong interest in special educational needs to join a school that places inclusion at the heart of everything it does.
The Role
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Create and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions
* Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
* Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated learning
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to achieve their full potential
