What You'll Bringn as a Primary TA :
✅ A genuine love for helping children learn and reach their potential
✅ A positive, 'can-do' attitude that encourages confidence and independence
✅ Flexibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Some experience working with children (paid or voluntary)-or a willingness to learn
✅ Willingness to complete our simple, free registration and safeguarding process (including ID, DBS & references)
