Primary Teacher - Mansfield
Academics, acting as an agency, are looking to recruit enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teachers for flexible, temporary ongoing positions across Mansfield.
Position: Primary Teacher
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Flexible working pattern, temporary ongoing
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications & client rate available, inclusive of holiday pay)
About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in your pupils. This flexible role allows you to work in a variety of schools throughout Mansfield, gaining valuable experience and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Differentiate work and provide additional support where needed.
* Promote positive behaviour and create a safe learning environment.
* Assess and track pupil progress effectively.
* Work collaboratively with teaching teams and school leaders.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2.
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✔ A flexible and proactive attitude.
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
