About the Role
*
Provide one-to-one or small-group support in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).
*
Assist with online learning, phonics sessions, and classroom activities.
*
Use behaviour management strategies to support pupils with challenging behaviours.
*
May include home tutoring for students unable to attend school.

Requirements:
✔ 2+ years' experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN experience preferred).
✔ Experience with ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs.
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge.
✔ Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain).
✔ Two professional references.
✔ Right to work in the UK & full driving licence.
