*
Managing and reviewing environmental noise and vibration assessments to support planning and development strategies
*
Overseeing M&E acoustics work, including complex plant noise assessments and mitigation design
*
Directing site-based noise monitoring programmes and ensuring robust data interpretation
*
Reviewing and approving technical reports, while confidently presenting findings to clients and project teams
*
Coordinating closely with internal disciplines (MEP, sustainability, structures) and managing external stakeholder interfaces
You will also play a central role in mentoring and developing junior and mid-level consultants, setting technical standards and supporting team performance.

*
Proven experience with acoustic modelling tools such as CadnaA and/or SoundPLAN
*

*
The ability to manage complex workloads, review others' work, and maintain high technical standards

*
Construction noise and vibration assessment experience, including Section 61
*
A proactive interest in business development, work-winning, and client account growth
Why apply?
