What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
*
Previous teaching or workshop facilitation experience, ideally in a school, college, or SEN setting
*
Strong understanding of industry-standard workflows across print and digital design
*
Passion for supporting learners with additional needs (ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD desirable)
*
A creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching practical skills
In This Print and Graphic Lecturer Role, You Will:

Deliver engaging lessons and workshops in graphic design and print production as a Print and Graphic Lecturer

Support students in building technical, creative, and professional skills

Collaborate with SEN teaching teams to integrate design work into EHCP-linked learning

Foster a calm, inclusive, and inspiring studio/classroom environment in a SEN college in Erdington.
