Are you a hands-on Print Team Leader who enjoys being at the heart of production, rather than stuck behind a desk? This opportunity puts you in charge of a small, focused team, combining machine operation with goods in/out, stock control and kitting to keep the production line running smoothly.
This Print Team Leader role is ideal for someone who is organised, calm under pressure and enjoys taking ownership of the full production flow, from material receipt through to finished product.

As a Print Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a small team on the production line to meet output and quality targets
Operating print machinery and overseeing day-to-day production activities
Managing goods in/out, including unloading deliveries, checking documentation and booking items onto the system
Controlling stock levels, kitting materials for production jobs and ensuring the right components are available at the right time
Updating and maintaining CRM / production systems with order status, stock movements and job progress
Monitoring product quality, resolving issues quickly and escalating any recurring problems.
As a Print Team Leader, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a Team Leader , Supervisor or senior operative role within manufacturing or logistics
Hands-on experience with goods in/out, stock control, unloading deliveries and kitting work orders
Using CRM, ERP or production systems to record data, update orders and maintain accurate stock records
Strong organisational skills with a methodical, practical approach to planning work and prioritising tasks
Experience training, guiding or supporting colleagues on processes, machinery or systems.
