This exceptional senior-level opportunity positions you at the heart of a globally connected powerhouse, working on fast-paced, high-value corporate finance and M+A deals.

About the Firm

This Big 4 firm is unique in consolidating its entire suite of transaction specialists under one roof, positioning private equity deal experts alongside portfolio, restructuring, and fund structuring specialists. Formulate bespoke international structuring techniques and navigate multi-jurisdictional tax regimes for high-profile cross-border transactions.

Acquire a deep commercial understanding of transaction life cycles to align technical tax strategies directly with client deal objectives.

Proactively manage existing client relationships to maintain exceptional service delivery standards and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a fully recognised professional qualification, such as ACA, ATT, CTA, a relevant legal qualification, or an international equivalent.

Demonstrate a robust technical background in UK and international corporate tax concepts, ideally gained within a transaction tax or fast-paced corporate finance setting.

Possess creative, pragmatic problem-solving capabilities to handle the swift turnaround demands of the modern M+A market.

Show a clear commitment to continuous learning by actively tracking global tax developments, cross-border legislation, and emerging transactional concepts.
