The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

Based from home, you will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3 process qualifications across the North West area.

* Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications.

* Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.

* Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

We are looking for proven occupational experience in Process Operations.

* Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within a Process Operator role.

* Technical Qualification: Level 3 or above process related qualification / apprenticeship (desirable)

* Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.

* Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.

* Full UK Driving License, and use of own car
