Production Operative | £30,453 per annum | Twilight Shift | Permanent | Poole
Purpose
As a Production Operative , you will play a key role in the warehouse department, working closely with the warehouse team within a well-established manufacturing and distribution environment with the opportunity to progress and grow. This is a Permanent position with the opportunity to develop your skillset and progress within an established company. This will be working on a Twilight shift.
Due to the location, you must be able to drive with your own transport.

Hours
3pm to 12pm (midnight) - Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Production Operative , your duties will involve:
* Picking and packing stock ready for dispatch
* Quality checking products for defects and faults
* Labelling parts using great eye for detail
* Dealing with goods in and out of products
* Assisting the warehouse with loading / unloading of deliveries.
Background
The successful Production Operative will have:
* A background within a production or warehouse environment
* The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude
* Comfortable with heavy lifting
* Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
